Ney, OH - A Ney man has been indicted on charges of murder and other crimes related to the March 1 killing of his grandfather, who resided in Bryan.
According to a press release issued Friday by the Defiance County Prosecutor’s Office, Dustin M. Vogelson, age 33 of Ney, is facing one count each of aggravated murder, attempted murder and aggravated robbery. Each count are all first-degree felonies. He is also facing two counts each of felonious assault and kidnapping, all second-degree felonies; and an additional count of cruelty to companion animals, a fifth-degree felony.
