Senator Braun Weighs In On Immediate Future For Reopening America
Thursday, May 7, 2020

All across the country everyone has views on what and how America should do next in regards to battling not only coronavirus, but also getting the American economy back going to what it was prior to the various "stay-at-home" orders issued across a variety of states.

While Indiana did not get affected as much as states like New York, New Jersey, and California did U.S. Senator Mike Braun believes that certain steps should be taken into consideration ahead of others.

Braun feels that being mindful of the most effected both physically by the disease but also most effected economically should be dealt with in the same regard. Braun also went on to say that he feels that too many governors across the country are being "gun shy" in regards to reopening their economies.

Braun also cited how he felt the various shut downs could have been handled differently, particularly small businesses across Indiana that usually do not see high traffic volume within their respective locations.
