On Wednesday afternoon, state health officials joined Indiana Governor, Eric Holcomb as part of the media briefing in regards to the latest numbers concerning COVID-19 across the state.
Dr. Kristina Box, Indiana State Department of Health Commissioner led things off with the latest statewide numbers with the number of new cases.
Box reported that The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced that 409 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 bringing the total number of cases within Indiana to 25,473.
Box also went on to say that 38 more Hoosiers have passed away from COVID-19, bringing that total to 1,482 Hoosiers who have died from the virus.
