Another 700 COVID-19 Cases Reported Across Indiana, Sends State Totla Past 53,000 Mark

It was another day of a high amounts of confirmed cases of COVID-19 being reported across the state of Indiana on Wednesday, as the Indiana State Department of Health reported 700 new cases had been confirmed, pushing the state's total amount of confirmed cases to 53,370.

Within Northeast Indiana, Steuben County now has 141 cases confirmed of the virus, as well as now three deaths associated with it. Meanwhile DeKalb stands at 171 cases, LaGrange County has 491 cases, and Noble County has surged to 530 cases.

A total of 2,592 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of 10 over the previous day. To date, 586,589 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 578,409 on Tuesday.
