When the Angola Common Council Meets Next Monday Night it will feature a full docket of items up for discussion.
Among items to discuss will be an ordinance amending the Angola Municipal Code in regards to solid waste which would see an increase in the residential charge from $14.50 to $14.75, as well as a clarification and regulion on consumer fireworks.
Another item that has the eyes of several is the ordinance that would fix the compensation in the likes of a 2% raise of appointed officers, deputies, and other employees, police, and firefighters within the city for the 2021 calendar year.
The meeting will take place Monday, July 20th at 7 P.M. at the Angola Training Center, located at 306 West Mill Street in Suite 1B.
To attend the meeting in person, a mask is required. Limited seating will be available due to social distancing guidelines.
