ANGOLA, IN - This week Senator Mike Braun met with area business leaders for a roundtable session on the Trine University campus.

Trine University Dr. Earl Brooks said Trine University and the community was “honored to host this opportunity for communication and collaboration between Senator Braun” and the Angola area's “distinguished group of business leaders,”. Brooks also stated his gratefulness for “the Senator’s ongoing efforts to improve the economic vitality of the state of Indiana and this northeast region”. Brooks said he looks forward to continuing to work in partnership with the government and industry to develop, implement and support initiatives that will continue to benefit citizens across the Hoosier state.

The roundtable group session included Angola Mayor Richard Hickman; Connie McCahill, CEO of Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, Kevin Stoy, partner of Stoy Farms; Mike Connell, plant manager of Cardinal Glass; Ken Wilson, owner and president of JICI; Tony Winters, vice president of the Klink Group; and Earl D. Brooks II, Ph.D., president, and Gretchen Miller, vice president for administration, Trine University.
