ANGOLA, IN - The Angola Kiwanis have been selling trees for over 45 years in the community, and the tradition continues.
The funds raised from these sales are used for helping local children in the community in several ways, including scholarships for seniors, adopting and serving families throughout the year who just need some extra help, and supporting various youth activities. Kiwanis also has a program in elementary schools called BUG (bring up grades) and they support AktionClub at RISE and Key Clubs at high schools.
Members of the Kiwanis are operating their tree sales on the north end of the Country Fair Shopping Center in Angola. For more information, can contact Karen Shelton at 260-316-9437 or Kwshelton64@gmail.com with any questions!
