STEUBEN COUNTY - Preliminary charges have been filed in connection with the multiple thefts that have occurred around the Lake George, Long Beach Lake and Crooked Lake areas which happened at the end of July.

On Monday August 23rd, an arrest warrant was issued by the Steuben Circuit Court, charging 26 year old Cody Allen Dunithan of Galesburg MI with one count of auto theft and three counts of theft. Dunithan is also wanted out of Kalamazoo County in MI on unrelated charges.

Dunithan is described as a white male standing at 5'9" tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has blue eyes, brown hair and may have a beard. Anyone with information on Dunithan's whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office.
