Indiana’s Former Superintendent of Public Instruction is reportedly pondering a potential run for Governor in 2024.

During a stop Wednesday while visiting Northeast Indiana, Jennifer McCormick talked about a number of issues including education, reproductive health care and the economy.

The former republican, turned democrat, says she recently launched an Exploratory Committee for governor. McCormick says she hopes to bring new ideas to the table.

Her visit to the area was part of her statewide Listening Tour.

McCormick says if she decides to make run for Governor, it will be as a democrat.
