DEKALB COUNTY, IN - a new 100,000 square-foot industrial building is coming to DeKalb County.
Allied Commercial presented details on the facility. The building is currently in the middle of it’s construction process.
Plans includes leasing half of the structure as warehouse space for Van’s Home Center in Auburn. The other half of the building could potentially be used for “a manufacturing, warehousing or shipping & receiving company.”
The site is expected to be completed by fall 2023 and will be located at the southwest corner of State Road 8 and County Road 19 near Auburn.
