PLEASANT LAKE - A Pleasant Lake man was arrested Thursday, August 17 for sexual misconduct with a minor.
Matthew Scott Bryan, 37, was arrested by the Steuben County Sheriff's Department at his home for an alleged incident which took place in 2012.
Bryan allegedly performed deviate sexual conduct with a minor between the ages of 14 and 16 committing the offense of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a Class B Felony.
The incident was not reported to authorities until April of 2023.
