ANGOLA - A short pursuit in downtown Angola ended on the campus on Trine University on Friday, August 25.
At approximately 8:32 a.m. Angola Police Department's patrol officers attempted to make a routine traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of the Dollar General located on W. Maumee St.
The suspect failed to stop and a short pursuit ensued ending on Trine University's Campus.
Angola Police officers arrested both of the occupants of the vehicle without incident or injury.
The Angola Police Department noted there is no active threat to Trine University's students, faculty or staff at this time.
