ASHLEY - Auto parts manufacturer TRIN Inc. announced they will be closing their doors in March of 2024.
TRIN stated in a letter they pan to close their location at 803 H.L. Thompson Jr. Dr. on March 31, 2024.
The company expect 155 employees to be laid off.
Layoffs will begin as soon as November 1, 2023.
The letter noted none of the employees are represented by a union and there are no bumping rights available.
Employees will be given the opportunity to transfer to a related union in Michigan.
