GARRETT - An Ashley man suffered multiple injuries after an accident in rural DeKalb County.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department said Kenneth Wood, 41, of Ashley was riding his motorcycle east on County Road 40 at around 9 p.m. Tuesday, September 5.
Reports state Wood failed to negotiate a curve in the road and he lost control of his motorcycle.
He slid across the road into the westbound lane.
Wood was treated for lacerations to his head, arms, and legs, and also suffered a dislocated elbow.
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department was assisted by the Garrett Police Department and the Garret Fire Department.
