FREMONT, IN — A Steuben County couple have been named as big winners from the Publisher Clearing House.

Steavin and Marsha Kratzman of Barton Lake have won a big check for 1-million dollars from the Prize Patrol from Publishers Clearing House.

Publishers Clearing House does not notify its winners beforehand, so the rural Fremont couple was completely surprised.

The couple plans to spend the winnings on their family.
