
(LAGRANGE) – Some more steps have been taken to move two LaGrange County road projects forward.
Monday morning, LaGrange County Highway Engineer Tharon Morgan presented a work order to the County Commission for a project at an intersection. ...... {LISTEN}.
Morgan says she did get funds from RDC in the amount of $33,250 to start the work. She says she is waiting to hear from the County Council on approval of the project.
In a separate matter, Morgan presented an amendment to an agreement on another project. ...... {LISTEN}.
Morgan says the price has gone up and down in some portions of the agreement. The original cost was $472,080 and the new cost is $497,125.
The Commissioners approved both proposals by unanimous votes.
