(FORT WAYNE) – U.S. Representative Marlin Stutzman, along with Northeast Indiana Works and Purdue University Fort Wayne will be hosting a job fair.
The event will be taking place on Jul 31 from 12 PM to 3 PM at PUFW’s International Ballroom at the Walb Student Union. Over 60 employers with a total of over 1,600 job openings are expected to attend the event. The employers range over a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, finance, government, and law enforcement.
Stutzman, a Republican from Howe, says he is happy to partner with Purdue University Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana Works once again as a way to help Hoosiers jump start their careers.
The annual job fair is one of the largest in Northeast Indiana.
Along with the job opportunities that will be presented, representatives with Northeast Indiana Works are going to be assisting those seeking jobs with their resumes, providing guidance on job interview techniques and also offer
information on short term, certification based training opportunities.
The job fair is free to attend.
