(UNDATED) – Federal authorities are looking for a married couple from Steuben County and are asking for the public’s help.

The U.S. Marshals Service is searching for Joseph McDowell and Cassondra Sauber. They have been running from authorities since 2020 and are wanted on multiple charges.

McDowell is charged with two counts of child exploitation; unlawful possession of a firearm by serious violent felon; five counts of possession of child pornography repeat sexual offender; failure to register as a sex offender and three counts of child molesting where the defendant is at least 21 years of age.

Sauber is charged with child molesting where the defendant is at least 21 years of age.
