(DEKALB COUNTY) - A Ft. Wayne man fractured his spine and suffered serious injury to his leg when he crashed into a ditch on County Road 40 near the Noble County line at around 3am on Friday, October 31. Justin Duncan, 38-years-old from Ft. Wayne, told police he was using his cellphone while driving, causing him to lose focus and go off the roadway. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
