St. Anthony Catholic Church in Angola, Indiana, will host a special Farewell Concert during the 10:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
The concert will feature the Steuben County Festival Choir and Old Crown Brass Band, conducted by Joseph Peters. The event will offer an opportunity for music, prayer, and blessings as the groups prepare for their upcoming journey to Italy.
As part of the Christian Unity Pilgrimage, the choir will travel to Italy October 6 through October 14, 2026. During the pilgrimage, the choir will sing at Masses and perform concerts in Venice, Padua, Florence, Assisi, and Rome.
The Farewell Concert will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church, located at 700 W. Maumee Street in Angola, Indiana. The community is invited to join the choir and brass band for this special celebration of faith, music, and unity.
