(ANGOLA) - The Steuben County Festival Choir will continue its holiday tradition with a performance of Handel's Messiah at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, December 14, at Trine University's T. Furth Center for the Performing Arts in Angola.
The concert features 78 local singers joined by 24 musicians from the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, conducted by Angola native J. Joseph Peters. Organist Jeri Mow and vocal coach Lynn Siler round out the performance team.
Now in its 14th year, the annual Messiah concert has become a staple of the Christmas season in Steuben County. Proceeds benefit the Steuben County Humanities Fund, which supports local arts and cultural programs. Ticket information is available by clicking here.
