Thursday, May 7, 2020

Following a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, Quincy Village Council passed a resolution that will allow the Village to get a reimbursement of over $42,000 from the Michigan Department of Transportation in regards to a storm sewer project that was performed last September.

The project at the corner of U.S. 12 and Pleasant Street took care of several drainage issues in the area, and the village requested MDOT’s participation in the cost of the nearly $2.6 million project which was designed to accommodate storm water runoff from U.S. 12.
