BRYAN, OH - The Williams County (Ohio) Sheriff's Office would like to warn businesses in the tri-state area of a male subject using stolen credit card numbers to make purchases.
He was last seen in Williams County on or about 02/23/2023.
Information received indicates that the male subject uses a card with a bad strip and swipes it a number of times, and then runs it manually using a number off of his cell phone which turns out to be stolen.
