DEKALB COUNTY, IN - A man has died following a one car accident over the weekend.
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department says one man is dead after a single-car crash early Sunday morning. The crash happened between 7 and 7:15 a.m. at the 7500 block of State Road 8.
Authorities say a car driven by 80-year-old Edward Yoder of Saint Joe drove off the road and into a tree. Investigators do not know why Yoder went off the road at this time.
His death was caused blunt force trauma.
He was not wearing a seat belt when he hit the tree.
