ANGOLA, IN - Authorities in Steuben County are investigating multiple complaints of theft from this last weekend.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports they have taken many complaints in the area of Lake George and Long Beach Lake in Steuben County's rural Jamestown Township. Officers have investigated thefts from vehicles as well as vehicle thefts.
These incidents occurred over the weekend from July 29th to August 1st.
The Sheriff's Office would like to remind residents and visitors to the area to please lock your vehicles and never leave valuables and/or keys inside an unlocked vehicle.
